National and One Make Club Annual Forum

18/05/2019 11:00am - 18/05/2019 4:00pm

Hoskyn Centre, Hamilton House, 12 Bilton Road, Rugby, CV22 7AB

Invitations are extended on behalf of the Chairman of the National and One Make Club to this year's Forum, which is the annual meeting of the NaOMC's part of the BMF. At the forum, we will be given updates from the BMF about what is happening internationally, nationally, at BMF level and at club level, as well as hearing from a guest speaker.

Last year, we had a presentation from members of the National Road Rally Committee. This year, they have very kindly offered a free club entry for three riders from one of our affiliated clubs attending the Forum. This club entry is valued at over £90, so will your club be represented in order to take part in the FREE DRAW? Everyone attending the BMF’s NaOMC Forum will be given a raffle ticket and the draw will be made at the Forum, so we will know which club has won on the day. The winning club can subsequently choose which three riders will represent their club at this year's National Road Rally and the riders themselves can decide which competition they wish to compete in. Full details of the Rally can be found here and the 2019 NRR will take place on July 6-7. There are a number of different competitions available within the rally, ranging from the full day and night 20-hour event of up to 540 miles to daytime or night-time rallies of up to 10 hours or shorter events of just 120 miles.

Please arrive for a 11am start. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available from 10.30 onwards, but attendees will need to arrange their own lunch. Apologies for absence can be made to the NaOMC Secretary, who can be contacted here

In light of the recent updates, the BMF are currently reviewing all upcoming bmf events.

We have taken the precaution of suspending ticket sales for the time being.

The BMF Management Team will take whatever action is necessary in relation to events and will endeavour to reschedule if the need arises.

However we will be following government protocols and if we are instructed to cancel rather than postpone please be reassured that we will refund all tickets.

We will hopefully be in a better position to update further in the near future.

Thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time for all of us.

Ride safe and keep well

The Management Team
