BMF Dambuster Rally
Thorpe Camp Visitor Centre, Coningsby, Lincolnshire, LN4 4PL
After two fantastic years of the Dambuster Rally, we’ll be back again this summer.
Designed as a traditional, laid-back camping rally, Dambusters has become a very special annual event, complete with great live music, fantastic food and an excellent ride-out. This year, we’ll also be having an interesting talk from a very special guest.
A spectacular WW2-themed ride-out
Thorpe Camp Visitors Centre, Lincolnshire is the ideal venue to celebrate the heroic deeds the famous Dambusters raid in 1943. You can pitch your tents among the historic display planes and World War Two artefacts, and it’s situated in deepest Lincolnshire ‘Bomber County’. All of the museum’s buildings will be open for you to explore, as will the NAAFI on Saturday afternoon.
Unique, specially commissioned commemorative ale
The bar will also be selling the popular, specially commissioned Dambusters Black Dog ale again.
To top off the BMF Dambuster Rally’s third anniversary, a list of bands will be performing live music on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
