The BMF AGM is your chance to help make a difference to motorcyclists in your area, the country and in Europe. 

Notice is hereby given that the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the British Motorcyclists Federation will take place on Saturday October 10, 2015 at 11am at the Hall, Salem Methodist Church, Richmond Street, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5SX.

All full and affiliate members of the BMF are cordially invited to attend the AGM.

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall include:
(a) to consider the appointment of Patron, President, Vice Presidents and honorary members;
(b) to elect the Chairman of the Federation;
(c) to elect members of the Management Team;
(d) to elect the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee
(e) to receive a progress report from each member of the Management Team, including a report from the Chairman on the state of the Federation;
(f) to question the members of the Management Team on the contents of the reports submitted in
(e) above;
(g) to receive financial reports including the annual audited accounts of British Motorcyclists Federation (Enterprises) ltd;
(h) to receive and approve the Action Plan
(i) to consider motions placed before it
(j) to alter, amend, rescind or add to the Constitution, Disciplinary Procedures and Standing orders of the Federation;
(k) to hear final appeals under the disciplinary procedure;
(l) to ratify the election of the BMF council members. The AGM shall be the sole authority as to the interpretation of the Constitution of the BMF. Full details of the manner to make a nomination or motion to the BMF AGM are contained in the BMF Constitution and Standing orders. Copies will be made available on the day or call the office, leave your details, and a copy will be posted to you.
