Bike4Life Ride-out entries open
Entries for one of the UK’s largest charity ride-outs have now opened, offering motorcycle enthusiasts the opportunity to ride with some of motorcycle sports biggest names while raising money for a good cause.
Managed by Midlands Air Ambulance, the Bike4Life Ride-out and Festival will be held on Sunday April 28 and will commence from Meole Brace, Shrewsbury at 11:30AM.
Launched in 2014, last year’s ride-out raised a remarkable £87,770 for Midlands Air Ambulance. The organisers are expecting upwards of 3,000 riders at this year’s event and are hoping to raise £100,000.
Carl Fogarty, Steve Parrish and Neil Hodgson will be in attendance, and bikers can be in with a chance of riding with them by entering into a prize draw.
Carl Fogarty said: “This is such a fantastic annual event, and I can’t wait to come back and take in the brilliant atmosphere once again. Thousands turn out to enjoy both the ride-out and festival, and it’s made even better knowing it’s for such a worthy cause.”
The festival will take place at RAF Cosford and will feature live music, motorcycle stalls, exhibitions and biker demonstrations, as well as food and drink stands from local businesses.
Tickets for the ride-out and festival are £10 (£5 for pillion), while admission to the festival only costs £5. Those interesting in participating in the event can enter here.
