FEMA elects new President
Following last week’s news that the Federation of European Motorcyclists’ Associations (FEMA) recently appointed a new General Secretary (reported here by the BMF), the federation has announced the election of a new President: the BMF’s very own Anna Zee.
Anna was elected at the FEMA annual meeting in Brussels on Saturday 31 January 2015 – the first female President in the history of FEMA. She was the Chairman of the BMF for five years and is currently the Political and Technical Services Director. Recently, Anna was awarded the Ellen Pfeiffer Award by the Women’s International Motorcycle Association (WIMA) in recognition of her contribution to motorcycling causes.
