Leicestershire Police host evening of motorcycle advice

Next Tuesday (June 27 2017), Leicestershire Police will host an evening of motorcycling advice to help you get more out of your riding, in a safe way.

The current line-up of speakers and topics include:

  • Members of the Roads Policing Unit will speak about Bikesafe
  • Rider Enhancement Scheme
  • IAM RoadSmart
  • Biker Down – a course run by the Fire and Rescue Service explaining what to do if you’re first at the scene of a motorcycle accident
  • John Measures, a motorcycling solicitor, will discuss some of the cases he’s been involved with
  • 10 times Isle of Man TT winner Mick Wynn will speak about his career and the importance of riding safely

There will also be a raffle with proceeds going to the East Midlands Air Ambulance. Refreshments will also be available.

The evening will begin at 19:30 June 27 at Leicestershire Police Headquarters, Enderby, LE19 2BX.
