IAM RoadSmart will be hosting its first female-only riding skills day.

The day will focus on each individual’s own development with a focus on handling, vanishing points, gear selection and stability.

Amanda Smith, IAM RoadSmart’s head of field service delivery, said: “Our members have been asking for a women-only skills day so they could learn skills at their own pace with like-minded fellow bikers.

“We were more than happy to provide this. This day is for all female riders who want to improve their skills whilst also having some fun.”

Training days and courses can increase your skill and confidence. For more information, read why should you do advanced motorcycle training.

The riding skills day takes place on September 19 at Thruxton circuit in Hampshire. Each place costs £135. Book by calling 0300 303 1134 or find out more at the IAM RoadSmart website.
