Have you pledged to a day without road deaths?
Tomorrow (September 21) welcomes the day of Project EDWARD – a Europe-wide safety initiative run by the European Traffic Police Network (TISPOL).
The day encourages motorists to pledge to be more careful and improve safety-awareness.
They hope everyone will continue being as careful not just for one day but all the time.

Ruth Purdie, general secretary of TISPOL, said: “It offers an excellent opportunity to re-energise everyone’s efforts to work towards the 2020 casualty reduction targets, as well as offering to raise the profile of road safety significantly.”
Project EDWARD takes place on September 21 2016 throughout the UK and Europe. Find out more here.
