Training and testing to resume in Wales
The Welsh government has confirmed that motorcycle training and testing will both resume shortly after they were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Subject to public health conditions remaining satisfactory, lessons with instructors can begin again from March 29 and both practical and theory tests can begin again from April 12.
Welcoming the news, the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) said: “It was originally anticipated that CBT training would resume at the same time as car training on April 12. However, with strong lobbying by the MCIA, we are pleased that ministers have listened and acted accordingly.”
